Leonardo da Vinci s robot was produced



In collaboration with Fujikin, Osaka University has produced the robot of Italian artist and scientist Leonardo da Vinci to train future scientists.

Leonardo da Vinci's robot was introduced to the participants of the G20 Leaders Summit held in Osaka hosted by Japan.

Fujikin Marketing Manager Kouichi Nakamura told AA correspondent that Da Vinci's scientific studies shed light on the present day.

Nakamura told the elementary school students that they built their robot to make science endeavor and to explain Da Vinci's work in simple terms from their own mouths.

Stating that elementary school students cannot fully understand science by reading only books, Nakamura said that the students' interest in the robot is pleasing and that the robot can speak English, Japanese and Italian.

Vinci’s robot can only repeat a certain information that transfers today Nakamura, the robot will answer people's questions and connect with Google, he said.

Nakamura explained that the robot was produced with Osaka University and stated that they had a work in the direction of robotizing the historical personalities of nations, and that the next robot projects would be Albert Einstein's robot.
