WHAT IS RAM?
If you upgraded to Windows 10, you may have seen that it uses a lot of RAM. In fact, the computer's use of more RAM is useful, contrary to what is known.
Normally, when you open an application, the data of that application is read from the hard disk and loaded into RAM and displayed. But Windows 10 collects data about you by taking advantage of the Superfetch feature from Windows Vista, when it learns which applications you are running and automatically installs that application to RAM. This allows you to launch applications that are already loaded into RAM. Because the data in RAM is read about 50 times faster than the hard disk.
If you have less than 4GB of RAM and you are not planning to add a boost for now:
- CTRL + ALT + DEL & gt; Task Manager & gt; Check out the Startup tab. The initial effect here is for applications that say “High Sağ Right-click & gt; Disable with the Disable option. (NOTE: DO NOT disable the driver for your Sound or Video Card!)
- Click Start & gt; Settings (gear icon) & gt; Turn off all settings under Startup and Lock Screen.
- Windows logo key + R & gt; services.msc + ENTER & gt; Find the Fast Fetch service (Super Fetch in English). & Gt; Double-click & gt; Startup Type: Disable & gt; Click Stop.
- Insert a USB flash drive with free space on your computer. & Gt; This Computer & gt; Right-click your memory & gt; Properties & gt; ReadyBoost & gt; Here you can use a specific area of your computer's memory as RAM.
- Creators Update: A virus in your computer may be filling RAM without your knowledge. Right-click the Def Windows Defender ”icon on the Taskbar & gt; open & gt; Virus and threat protection & gt; Quick scan
If you have more than 4GB of RAM and are abnormally full:
- Perform steps 1, 3 and 4 above.
- Make sure you are not using programs such as Shut Up 10.
- If you still use a lot of RAM, contact windows support. search get help & connect to support here and maybe they'll find a better solution.
